Water
All blackwater and graywater is directed back to the land, nourishing our olive, fig, and pine trees through natural irrigation and fertilization.

To promote water conservation, we encourage guests to be mindful of their usage. This commitment is reflected in the installation of open-air showers and compost toilets throughout the property.
Careful Handling of Waste
We practice conscious waste management by rethinking, minimizing, repurposing, and recycling to ensure our impact on the environment is as light as possible.

All food waste is composted to create nutrient-rich soil for our land.

Recyclable waste: We carefully separate the waste we generate so that it can be recycled, such as paper, plastic, and glass.

Other waste: We love giving a second life to things that others throw away. For example, if we find old furniture, wooden boards, or similar items on the street, we take them with us to upcycle.

Human waste: All compost toilet waste is reused as compost to nourish the land.
